Bob Silva is a Sr. Mortgage Consultant with Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. and has been a producer and mentor in the mortgage industry for 20 years.

As a Loan Production Manager for North American Mtg, a Sr. Loan Officer with an array of banks including Washington Mutual, National City Bank, Countrywide and Bank of America, he provides the expertise necessary to educate real estate agents and buyers through the financing process.

He helps agents have a basic understanding of mortgage loans and offers a service to both buyers and agents to help them along in the purchase transaction process to achieve a smooth and timely closing of their loan.

Prior to establishing his business in our local area, Bob was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California. He now resides in Cave Creek, Arizona and has lived in the community for the past 7 years.

He is Tour Coordinator for Tatum Ranch RMS and has established relationships with agents in and around the Carefree/Cave Creek area. Bob offers a wide range of programs from Conventional, FHA , VA, and the 203K rehab program to help buyers of all types obtain the best financing possible for their unique situation.

Golf, Karaoke and Magic as he was a professional magician in his teens and continues the art for charity and REALTOR functions.

He looks up to his parents as the most influential in his life for instilling that Honesty and Integrity are not attributes, they are requirements to live by.

What organizations and charities are you involved with?
Charities include, ALS, MDA , Police and Fire and various fund raising where he devotes his time.
